12 Deadlifts (P:155lb / A:105lb / H:85lb
9 Box jumps (P:24″ / A:20′ / H:16″)
*scale to hanging knee raises or sit ups
This is a long triplet so pace it accordingly… Break up the T2B early to save your grip.
Be sure to keep your back tight and safe during the Deadlifts, especially as you get tired.
