AMRAP 10 minutes of:

10/8 Cal Row

10 Toes-to-bar

10 Push Press (P:115lb / A:80lb / H:55lb)
The name of the game is intensity.

However, don’t use all of your energy trying to get through the row as fast as possible. You’re better off working to keep a high pace and go unbroken on the T2B & PP for as long as possible.

Short transition times between movements will also allow you to get more reps
