With a 20 min running clock;

On minutes 0, 4, 8, 12, and 16:

Deadlift x 3 reps (Heaviy-ish)*

On minutes 2, 6, 10, 14, and 18:

TGU x 1-2 reps on each side (2-4 reps total)

– use a challenging load here as well
Your score is total lbs lifted over the 5 sets of DL… (multiply the weight used by 15)

You can build/add weight during the 5 sets or stay at the same load for all 5 sets.
