With a partner complete 4 – 5 rounds for total reps;

30 sec KBS

30 sec rest

30 sec Burpees

30 sec rest

30 sec Box jumps

30 sec rest

30 sec Ball Slams

30 sec rest
This is follow the leader style:

P1 works for the entire 30 seconds while P2 rests.

Then, you switch and P2 works for the entire 30 sec while the P1 rests.

Each partners must complete 30sec of the movement before moving on.
