Death By Thruster (P:115 / A: 85lbs / H: 65lb)
The “Death by” is a classic CrossFit method. In this workout the athlete performs 1 thruster the 1st minute. 2 thrusters the 2nd minute. 3 thrusters the 3rd minute, etc, etc until you fail to achieve the prescribed number of repetitions within the proper minute.
