The goal is conistency during each round, so pace accordingly.
Pick a pace that allows you to finish the 200m run, take a couple short breathes and get right to the KBS.
You should be able to do all of the swings unbroken in each round.
This will fatigure your grip so break up the T2B into 2 sets if needed.
