Ok, you are moving now…GREAT! Listen to your body. Are you recovering the way you think you should be? Have you taken the right steps nutritionally to support your movements? Seek out a fitness professional and/or nutrition specialist, they should be able to make recommendations to improve this important aspect of fitness. Here at Synergy we educate & inform our members on best food choice to support their training and provide many solutions for performance & recovery.

I CHALLENGE YOU! Start doing some research, and make a commitment! Make a commitment to some physical activity that will inspire you to workout more consistently, and something to focus you on… A GOAL! Be it a race or an event… Set a goal to laser in on and go for!
