It Takes Less Time Than You Think

When it comes to exercise, the most common reason people say they don’t do it is because of a lack of time. Well, I have good news for everyone! It doesn’t take an hour per day of working out to help you improve your fitness. In fact it could take as little as 15-20 minutes to get in a quality workout. So whether you are traveling and staying in a hotel or at home with no equipment you can still try something like this…

Set a timer for 20 mins. Start with a 4 min general warm up

  • 30 secs of Jumping Jacks
  • 30 secs of running in place
  • 30 secs plank hold
  • 30 seconds of active stretching

Repeat above sequence 1 more time.

Rest 1 min, then do the exercises below for as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.

1 Round is…

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Sit ups
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Alternating Lunges
