Private Training is the most effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals and is our flagship program for those looking for long-term lifestyle changes and a new lease on life. Every person is different and has unique weaknesses, deficiencies, and injuries we need to work with and around. Everyone works at a different pace and learns in different ways, so we want to work with you in ways you learn best. You can either choose this route with a goal to end up in the group classes or progress your fitness journey through our SYNERGY Transformation programs. Private coaching begins with an assessment which leads into an individualized program designed by our Coach’s based on what YOU need…not what you think you need. We will work together to set you on a path for longevity in your fitness goals.
